FOR UKRAINIAN AND ALLIED INNOVATORS

You built the capability. You should participate in the value it creates.

Helicon structures protected pathways that may include upfront payments, funded evaluation or adaptation, milestone payments, royalties, manufacturing participation, strategic investment, and long-term allied-market economics. The structure is negotiated case by case, with ownership, territory, disclosure, performance obligations, and termination rights defined in writing.

Case by Case — Nothing Here Is Guaranteed

Possible economic structures

  • Upfront option or license payments
  • Paid technical evaluation, adaptation, documentation, or integration work
  • Milestone payments tied to agreed technical, customer, regulatory, or production events
  • Per-unit or revenue-based royalties
  • Minimum annual payments, purchase commitments, or exclusivity conditions where appropriate
  • Manufacturing, co-production, supply, or joint-venture participation
  • Strategic investment or equity participation where appropriate
  • Reversion, termination, or territory-release rights if agreed obligations are not met

Every structure above is possible, not standard. Which of these — if any — apply to a given capability is decided case by case and set out in a written, negotiated agreement, not assumed from this list.

Disclaimer

Nothing here is a promise.

No payment, investment, license, customer decision, or transaction is promised at intake

Helicon first determines whether there is a serious, lawful, mutually aligned transition opportunity. No structure described on this page is promised or owed to any innovator. Every structure is case-by-case and negotiated in writing.

See how the first 30 days work before you send anything sensitive.

The first-30-days process page sets out response standards, documents exchanged, decision points, and stop conditions for the early stages of a Helicon pathway.
