What does Helicon Defense do?

Helicon Defense licenses selected Ukrainian and allied defense technologies and manufactures them for U.S. and allied customers. It selects operationally validated products, secures defined manufacturing and commercialization rights, localizes designs and supply chains, establishes trusted production, and manages delivery and sustainment.

Who should contact Helicon?

Two primary audiences: technology originators (innovators who built a capability and want a U.S. commercialization and manufacturing operator) and defense customers and primes who want to evaluate selected Ukrainian and allied technologies as manufacturable, supportable products. Manufacturing partners and institutional capital are also served through the contact page.

Do originators keep their company and intellectual property?

Yes. Originators retain their companies and background IP and participate through negotiated licensing payments and royalties. For qualifying Ukraine-origin programs, Helicon also intends to contribute 10% of its own program-level net profit to UNITED24 through a transparent, independently administered, counsel-reviewed structure; that contribution comes from Helicon's share and does not reduce compensation owed to the innovator.

Which technology areas does Helicon evaluate?

Counter-UxS and electronic warfare; uncrewed air, maritime, and ground systems; sensing, ISR, and battlefield awareness; resilient PNT, communications, and electronic maneuver; contested logistics and sustainment; and advanced materials, protective systems, and mission effects. These are evaluation lanes, not claims that a named product is currently available.

Is a Helicon product available to buy today?

Helicon is actively qualifying technologies and building the U.S. production capacity required to manufacture selected systems at scale. Product availability remains subject to diligence, signed agreements, qualification, applicable law, and customer decisions.
